Stakeholders are those who have a legitimate interest in the activities of an organisation and both influence and are influenced by its decisions. They can be internal or external to the organisation.
Specific functions exist within the Group that have responsibility for maintaining continuous dialogue with the various stakeholders and  through that interaction the Group remains in touch with the expectations of stakeholders enabling them to be taken into consideration in its day-to-day activities. The 2009 Sustainability Report addresses those areas that are of principal concern to stakeholders.
